Sweet potato starch machine

The production process of sweet potato starch is a physical separation process, which is to separate the starch from cellulose, protein, inorganic substance and so on. 1. Sweet potato cleaning machine: The  sweet potato starch processing technology requires the raw material be cleaned thoroughly. For the cleanness of raw material has an influence on the following separation and purification of sweet potato starch. 2. Sweet potato washing machine: The washing process is carried out by paddle washing machine. Sweet potato raw material is rolled along with the wall of the sweet potato starch machine, and is sprayed, washed, bathed, mixed, and peeled with water as a medium.

3. Cutting and crushing machine: Due to the size of the sweet potato, it need to be cut into small pieces before crushing so that the crushing process can be easier. 4. Separating machine: Separating section is another key process in hot sale sweet potato production line that affects the extraction rate of sweet potato starch. Its main purpose is to separate the fiber from starch. And the widely used sweet potato starch machine for separating includes centriguge sieve and fine fiber sieve. Good centrifugal sieve and centrifugal technology can allow the extraction of free starch from cassava cells. 5. Concentration and refining machine: Instead of traditional precipitation process, the concentration and refining process can separate non-starch substances with high efficiency, thus to improve the quality and whiteness of sweet potato starch. Hydrocyclone station can effectively separate non-starch substances such as protein, fiber and cell sap in starch.

6. Dewatering machine: The dewatering process is mainly for reduce the water content of the wet starch. By adopting negative press principle, this sweet potato starch machine can effectively reduce the water content of starch so that it can be dried in the  flash dryer. After dewatering, the water content of starch milk first should be about 38%-40%.

7. Drying and packaging machine: The purpose of this section is to dry the dehydrated starch to the desired moisture content to meet market standard. The air is heated to the required temperature through the filter net through the heat exchanger, and the hot air is sucked into the flash dryer by the fan. Then the high speed hot air mixes with the wet starch and dry the starch by heat exchange. The air and starch are separated in the cyclone separation device. The air is discharged out of the sweet potato starch machine while the starch is transported into the packing machine. Then the final sweet potato starch is packed by semi-automatic machine for storage.
